It's been 232 days since the COVID vaccine first became available, so apparently Congressman Bryan Steil's motto is better late than never as he finally admits the vaccine prevents illness and death, but stops short of urging people to get vaccinated.
Unfortunately, 7,443 Wisconsinites have died, including 324 of his constituents in just Kenosha County alone so far.
Only 44.06% of Kenosha County residents are fully vaccinated.
In just the past week, Kenosha County's transmission risk has moved to 'substantial' as the Delta variant surges. All surrounding counties in his district are at 'substantial' or 'high risk' of transmission.
Yet Steil still couldn't bring himself to urge people to get vaccinated.
Imagine if Steil had spent his time promoting the VACCINE rather than promoting the BIG LIE.
