The KCDP is subject to the constitution and bylaws of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.

The Democratic Party of Wisconsin shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the Democratic National Committee Charter and Bylaws.

The constitution and bylaws of the KCDP were formally adopted by our members.
