This Channel 4 (UK) news investigation features interviews with Milwaukee residents who were targeted by the Trump campaign in the 2016 election to be deterred from voting. Black voters were disproportionately targeted by the campaign.

In Wisconsin, 35% of black voters were targeted for deterrence.
